Booking/cancelation policy

Please take the time to read our booking and cancellation policy carefully. Understanding these guidelines will help ensure a smooth experience for you. If you have any questions or assistance, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your attention!


A $15.00 deposit is due at the time of Booking. Acceptable payment methods include: CASHAPP: @$Alistservices or Credit/Debit Card (*Processing fee will be applied). After receipt of Deposit, you will receive a follow-up text notification confirming the details of the appointment, including location.

APPOINTMENT TIME:
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best service possible, we are implementing a late policy for clients' appointments. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. You are allotted a 10 minute grace period.

DEPOSIT:
All payments will be applied to services or FORFEITED if:
A.) Canceling or rescheduling an appointment
B.) NO CALL/ NO SHOW
C.) The client arrives after 10-minute grace period-- The $15 deposit will be applied as a late fee and FULL payment will be due at the time of service.

**IF FOR ANY REASON SERVICES CAN NOT BE COMPLETED (EXCLUDING OPERATOR ERROR), FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
